Your Role

As a Product Owner / Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in managing the product backlog and ensuring smooth delivery of features and updates across multiple products. You’ll collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and global teams to deliver solutions that drive business value.

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring successful delivery of product features and functionalities
  • Coordinating client-specific projects with internal teams
  • Defining product vision, specifications, and roadmaps
  • Managing scope, budget, tasks, and backlog priorities
  • Organizing stand-ups, backlog refinements, and retrospectives
  • Leading release planning and coordinating with other Product Owners
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with strategy

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager
  • Strong Agile expertise and excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent in Czech and English (written & spoken)
  • Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, able to manage diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel a few days per year to the headquarters in Denmark
