Job description

Are you an experienced Team Leader? Would you like to make a step further? You would supervise other team leaders and specialists in order to ensure a smooth delivery of processes on a global level.

Your responsibilities:

– Supervising team leaders and specialists
– Initiating process improvements
– Communication with customers and maintaining their satisfaction
– Cooperation with the sales manager
– Budget forecasting

Requirements

– Fluent English (German is an advantage)
– University degree
– Experience in team leading
– Purchasing and/or sourcing experience
– Ability to deal with any escalations
– Shared services experience
