Job description

Our Procurement team is searching for suitable suppliers, material compliance as well s they are in charge of the contract management, and running various strategic sourcing activities.

We are now looking for an experienced candidate who would join the team as PtP (Procure to Pay) Service Line Manager who would lead and coach our team in various projects.

More specifically, you would be:
– Leading 4 Team leaders and 50 Specialists and coordinating processes in Czechia and abroad
– Driving initiatives for improvement of the services
– Communicating with customers
– Sharing know-how with the team, coaching them to achieve best results
– Ensuring stable operations

Requirements

– Educational background and previous experience of sourcing or purchasing processes preferably from BPO or Shared services sector
– Strong Command of English (C1), German would be a big plus
– Team-leading skills and people management experience
– Very good communication and organizational skills, analytical thinking, ability to drive implementation
