You will be mostly responsible for:
- People progress and checking their work
- Supporting the team and helping them to provide more qualified services
- Categorizing and prioritizing tasks
- Diagnosing problems and looking for solutions
- Providing communication between departments and teams
- Following KPI´s and reaching goals of one of the strongest IT company in the market!
What we expect from you?
- Fluent communicaton in at least 2 of the following languages: Dutch, Italian, French
- Experience with quality checking
- Ability to organize work of your team and show them way to progress
- Fluent English on business level
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Understanding of IT area (ticketing tools)
- Experience in customer service or IT field
- 5 Week Holiday
