You will be mostly responsible for:

  • People progress and checking their work
  • Supporting the team and helping them to provide more qualified services
  • Categorizing and prioritizing tasks
  • Diagnosing problems and looking for solutions
  • Providing communication between departments and teams
  • Following KPI´s and reaching goals of one of the strongest IT company in the market!

What we expect from you?

  • Fluent communicaton in at least 2 of the following languages: Dutch, Italian, French
  • Experience with quality checking
  • Ability to organize work of your team and show them way to progress
  • Fluent English on business level
  • Experience with ticketing tools
  • Understanding of IT area (ticketing tools)
  • Experience in customer service or IT field
