* Monitor and report Quality metrics
* Quality audits for smooth hiring process
* Making sure the procedure reviews are completed within timeline and expected changes are implemented
* Report to management
* Assist in developing of new process to ensure quality
* Identify opportunities to setup new audit mechanisms to address process gaps

Start: asap
Contract for define period with possibility of prolongation
Location: Prague 8 and home office

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of work experience (HR administration, recruitment, quality assurance)
* Experience in Microsoft Office tools and SQL
* Fluent English
* Great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of Salesforce, Quicksight and SharePoint is big plus
* Additional European language fluency is an advantage
