Would you like to provide support to the team and recruiting advice to business functions in a timely and cost effective manner ensuring alignment to recruiting strategy? Do you speak English and French? Then send us your CV!

You will be responsible for:
– hiring targets for the portfolio of customers and profiles assigned
– communication with stakeholders for specific hiring areas
– recruiting support and advice to the customers to ensure that the most adequate sourcing strategy is established
– searching of suitable candidates on relevant platforms
– identifying of opportunities for improving recruiting processes
– observing of market trend in HR

Location: Prague 3
Start: October 2021
Fixed-term contract with possibility of prolongation

Requirements

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
– relevant experience from the same or similar position (Recruitment),
– active knowledge of English and French (C1 level or native),
– communication skills and detail-oriented person,
– good planning and persuasive skills,
– ability to influence and provide advice for adequate sourcing strategy
– interest in Social Media (for recruiting purposes)
– flexibility and eagerness for further professional development
