Your daily responsibilities will include:

– Support candidates during their recruitment process
– Scheduling interviews and providing candidates with all the necessary information
– Managing candidates’ data in internal databases
– Processing travel expenses
– Create and maintenance of purchase orders and monitoring of third party spend
– Management of referrals
– Support for the recruitment team

Requirements

– At least 2 years of experience within HR or Support
– Attention to detail
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office
– Strong communications and presentation skills
– Ability to quickly learn and understand data from multiple sources with ability to work in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders
– Fluency in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
