Your main responsibilities will be:
– Being responsible for the global recruitment process in operations delivery for the respective regions
– Leading a team of process specialists
– Designing and standardizing the global recruitment process
– Close interaction with key stakeholders to establish and maintain good relationships
– 4+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience
– HR Team Lead experience
– Experience in operations or service delivery
– Great communication and interpersonal skills
– Outstanding management skills
– Fluent English and Czech – C1
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Familiarity with HR/ Applicant tracking software
