We have a new role for Danish speakers!

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the whole recruitment process.

More specifically, you will:
– Conduct candidate sourcing
– Track the candidate pipeline
– Review CVs according to criteria, interview candidates and prepare the shortlist to the hiring manager
– Cooperate with the hiring manager and provide both sides with the feedback
– Negotiate and extend job offers and organize start dates
– Use Workday to manage all necessary data


– Fluent English and Danish
– Previous experiences in the internal recruitment preferably, or at least experience from PA or HR
– Very good communication and organizational skills
-Team-player attitude, and pro-activity
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office
