Our client, an IT and Engineering Solutions company spanning EMEA and the USA looking for dynamic Serive Desk individuals to join the international team.
Remote Option: For those based in the Czech Republic, we offer a remote work setup.
Job description
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices on 1st level
- Resolve software, hardware and device issues reported by the end users
- Document user issues meticulously in ITSM tool
- Adhere to processes and update knowledge documents
- Manage ticket backlog
- Drive continuous service improvement
- Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians
Requirements
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken) communication skills – must have
- Good understanding of Information Technology; trends, products and solutions
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar position supporting a variety of technologies and services
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)
- Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications
- PCLaptop hardware
- PCLaptop peripherals, including printers
- Mobile devices
- Basic knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Familiarity with the Service Now ticketing system is an advantage
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than 3 months
