What are the main responsibilities?

The candidate will take responsibility over:

– general administrative duties such as coordinating meetings/events, securing purchase orders, processing invoices,
– supporting sales teams and managers in their routine
– translation of documents
– communication with partners, vendors, internal communication with colleagues, providing guidance to employees on administrative procedures
– providing support on process improvement regarding administration and operational processes


Who are we looking for?

…basically it´s you, who have:

– very good knowledge of English language(daily communication)
– great communication skills, commitment and initiative
– good computer skills – especially good at MS Office (PPT, EXCEL)
– experience on a similiar position is strongly appreciated here!
