The Sales Coach will be in the management team as a support function for Supervisors.

Role summary:

  • Supervise international team
  • Participate on recruiting of new team members, coaching
  • Motivation of team members, their development
  • Monitor team performance, controlling team members’ KPIs, evaluating staff results
  • Provide support for escalated issues
  • Ensure the issues are escalated and solved timely
  • Ensure all procedures are in accordance to the company internal rules
  • Coordination of activities of the team
  • Coaching business managers and other people from different teams
  • Talent development

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent English + any other language is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching/team leading/manager experience
  • Experience and interest in sales
  • Preferably – knowledge of IT products
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Good business sense
  • Good analytical and strong problem solving skills
  • Leadership skills to drive a big team
  • Coaching experience/certification is a big advantage
