Job description

• Active sales of company’s services
• Negotiating with decision makers
• Discussing commercial offer, closing a deal
• Achieving set targets: activities (calls, talk-time), sales, personal tasks
• Customer processing within a CRM-system
• Reporting to the direct supervisor
• Workflow control (contract availability, timely transfer of the client to the Starts Team)
• Interaction with other departments in order to fulfill set tasks

Requirements

• German to native standard (verbal and written)
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• A minimum of +6 month tele-marketing and/or tele-sales outbound and/or face to face sales experience
• Knowledge of call structure, questioning, pitching, objection handling and relationship building
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet navigation and contact management software
