Main tasks:
* Management of the sales strategy in Czech Republic.
* Management of an own specific commercial area and supervision of the other sales representatives area.
* Acquiring new customers, managing the already existing ones, direct selling on the field, research, evaluation and supervision of the distributors.
* Market and margin analysis, reports.
* Management of the sales team.
* Constant alignment with the management in the Head Quarter about the sales strategy.

Requirements

Who are you?
* Experience of at least 5 years in the same job position or in a similar one.
* Experience in team management
* Experience in the direct selling.
* Preferable experience in order of preference from Pastry or Ice cream ingedients sector, Cafeteria or Food sector.
* Czech an English language are necessary, Italian is an advantage.
