Job description

• Achieve sales and profitability targets by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing automotive customers
• Manage the sales pipeline to drive margin growth
• Provide 24-month forecasts in line with the IBP process
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Support new product introductions and phase-outs
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service and efficiency
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Proficiency in Korean and English (knowledge of the Czech language is a great advantage)
• 3–5 years of experience in sales within the automotive or other manufacturing sectors
• Strong proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel) and SAP
• Effective communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
