As Salesforce Support Specialist, your responsibilities will be:
– Data Management
– Preparing reports
– Using Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
– Lead training sessions for different organizations and countries
– Being a part of testing or developments in the company
– Preparation of training materials
– Administration support
– Solving ad-hoc situations

Requirements

– The knowledge of SalesForce Lightning is a must
– Fluent in English (C1 level)
– A proficient user of MS Office package (mainly Excel)
– Strong organization and communication skills
– Flexible person who likes to work in a team
– Analytical mind
