Job description

As a SCCM Operation Engineer you will:

✔ be participating into both customer and internal projects

✔ be participating into customer on-boarding, transition and transformations

✔ participate in the daily operations of incident, service and change request management

✔ be involved in automation and service optimization

✔ do documentation of operations and services (manuals, technical procedures, guidelines and project documentation)

✔ do MSI package creation/deployment upgrades, system implementations

✔ work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization

Requirements

As an ideal candidate you should have:

Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar position working with Desktop operating system Windows 7/10 (windows administrator)

deep knowledge and experience with SCCM (SCCM infrastructure, components and rules)

✔ experience in creation of packages/applications, programs/deployment types, collections and advertisements/deployments

✔ experience with SCCM Client installation push/upgrades etc.

✔ deep understanding of the Windows 7 and Windows 8 Operating System and Active Directory

✔ Scripting knowledge including PowerShell is an advantage

✔ written and spoken English as you will be using English on a daily basis
