Overview

The largest and the most known american security software company is looking for a skilled Scrum Master it is a freelancing project with a full time home office! Start ASAP – during February 2025 is required. Candidate must have a valid business license and open entrance to the CZ labor market.

You can work from any place from The Czech Republic – 100% home office (or you can commute to Prague office once a week).

You can work on the projects within 100% time uitilization or 60% either.

Job description

What you will do in this role:

  • Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
  • Team Coaching: Mentor and guide teams in Agile practices, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-organization
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers to maintain team productivity and efficiency
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze Agile metrics to monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Tool Expertise: Proficient in using tools like Jira, OKR methodology and data analytics tools (BI,..) for effective project management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance team performance and project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Certifications: Preferred certifications –
    • Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) – od organizace Scrum.org
    • OR
    • Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) – od organizace Scrum Alliance
  • At least 4-5 years of work experience in Scrum Master/Agile Coach role
  • Fluent English – worldwide cooperation
  • JIRA – advanced level usage
  • Analytical tools (Power BI and others)
  • Knowledge of OKR methodology
  • Have an active business license in Czechia (open entrance to the CZ labor market)
