Job description

A well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for HR Process Analyst!

Responsibilities for this role consists of:
– Assist in the analysis, design, and upkeep of HR Core Business Process and Program Management with a Focus on Process Documentation
– Participate actively in the planning and scheduling of change and user acceptability activities such as testing, new developments and assessing the results in meeting across teams
– Assist with various initiatives pertaining to HR Core/HR Landscape
– Coordinate and serve as the main point of contact for all operational SAP HCM questions.
– Manage relationships with Process Owners regarding global changes
– Provide training and consultation to regional teams on SAP HCM functionalities or business processes
– Continue to update all training materials in accordance with Process Lead

Requirements

– Experience in corporate HR processes and HR analysis
– Strong command of English: both written and spoken
– Deep knowledge of HR management systems
– SAP HCM knowledge needed
– Experience in working on challenging projects
– Ability to solve ad-hoc tasks, problem-solving mindset
– Advanced MS Office skills, Excel (sheets, dashboards, presentations)
– Interest in IT
– Organizational skills, planning skills, communicative skills are a must
