Job description

Tasks:

· Develop and execute the Communication and the Change Management Strategy Plan (on the globally, country and business unit level)

· Lead the Change Management effort during the project cycle phases: Plan, Design, Develop, Pilot and Deployment Phases

· Apply the defined structured methodology and lead change management activities

· Ensure timing, deliverables and budget compliance of the Change Management activities during projects

Requirements

Requirements:

· Experience in a Change Management role in projects

· Experience with Project Management practices, mainly in cross-country implementation projects

· Fluent English is a must

· Spanish language is advantageous

· Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools is a must

· Experience in HR

· Advanced MS Office knowledge

· Travelling abroad is required

· People-orientation and strategic thinking

· Excellent communication skills and active listening skills

· Strong interpersonal presentation skills
