Come join the international pharmaceutical company! We are looking for a candidate for a global project, who will interact with multiple business partners in Finance, HR, and IT.

Job description

  • Responsible for providing compliance support across countries
  • Looking after SOX compliance in Payroll and HR space
  • Identify compliance risks in processes and controls
  • Work closely with the global payroll project team
  • Provide stakeholders with updates on the status of compliance
  • Monitor and manage required compliance activities
  • Coordinate and support pre-implementation controls
  • Represent and implement compliance

Requirements

  • Previous experience with overseeing compliance standards and/or representing compliance in global projects
  • Knowledge of SOX standards
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Background in HR and payroll is a big advantage
