Key responsibilities:

Searching for candidates using all available sourcing channels

– Grow partnership and collaboration with client hiring managers

– Managing recruiting process including interviews, potential testing of candidate´s skills

– Attendance at meetings with clients including foreign ones

 

Requirements

Knowledge and skills:

– Experience as a Recruiter – internal/external

– Knowledge of recruitment and executive search

– Communicative Czech and English – our team is international

– Enthusiasm for recruitment
