Job description

As Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Manage services includes a complex services to large programmes and Enterprise Service Engagement
  • Ensure and and co-ordinate delivery of the services in multiple locations across the region involving at times different countries, culture..
  • Evaluating service delivery and process optimalizations
  • Main communication with clients on international format projects
  • Regular customer meetings and identifying their needs
  • Responsible for customer service and afterwards to evaluate compliance with the terms of the contract

Requirements

  •  General Qualification in Business or Management/IT (ITIL certification – basic level)
  •  5 – 10 years’ work experience relevant to the field
  •  Experience with customer service/Project management in IT field (knowledge of Telco and Cisco products)
  •  Exellent client service orientation and communications skills, ability to negotiate
  •  General overview of IT technologies
  •  Ability to speak Czech or Slovak + English/Advanced
