Job description

Your role:

[ * ] Manage and resolve requests via phone, mail, fax, internet or monitoring

[ * ] Document service requests and incidents in a CRM-tool

[ * ] Monitor the level of the provided service using an utilised company system

[ * ] Share appropriate knowledge within other managed services

[ * ] Where necessary consult with experts in order to resolve issues

[ * ] Develop own skills in order to support clients

[ * ] Internal and external communication in English or in German and English

Requirements

What you should have:

[ * ] Fluent English or German at least level B2+

[ * ] 1,5+ years of working experience in administration, customer service or similar

[ * ] Working experience in a call centre or shared service centre is a plus

[ * ] Some technical knowledge would be advantageous but not a must (an initial training will be provided)

[ * ] Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
