– Reply to queries as the 1st point of contact
– Identify technical issues
– Ensure user needs are met
– Record technical issues
– Escalate more complex issues
– Accept inbound telephone calls and emails
– Provide an excellent customer experience


– Command of English and French (C1)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Relevant Experience (1 year)
