Job description

We are looking for a new addition to our team for the position of Service Desk Supervisorr. What will you do?

* Administer, maintain and monitor all operations of the service desk, first line and second line support
* Provide first response technical support for end user connectivity, services and hardware issues
* Identify technical issues and escalate to appropriate resources
* Perform hardware and software installation using established network imaging technology
* Develop/maintain desktop and network support documentation and operating procedures
* Perform troubleshooting for all kind of IT related problems, physically or remotely
* Maintain inventory of desktop hardware and software
* Provide knowledge improvement to IT colleagues
* Maintain all information in a confidential manner
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What do you need to know?

* Experience in networking, MS Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Citrix XenApp
* Strong Active Directory knowledge including account provisioning and deprovisioning
* Advanced Office 365 administration experience
* Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow
* Advanced knowledge of Power BI reporting
* Basic knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtualization
* Read/Write/Speak English on B1 level
* Proficient in communication with customers
* Good presentation skills allowing explanation of ideas and alignment on ways forward
* Determined to deliver within agreed timelines
* Self-directed within broad guidelines
* Availability to travel (Up to 20% of work time)
