Job tasks:
– monitoring of service levels (recruitment support department) and site performance
– delivering root cause analysis to identify misses in SLA’s through deep dives of data
– ensure effective management of the incoming and outbound phone, chat, text and email volume
– fix the issues impacting candidates experience in real time
– plan, implement/improve the new/existing processes & tools with a focus on standardization and automation of real time management processes
– communication with vendor partners
– reporting

The contract is for 6 month with possibility of prolongation

Start – asap

Location: Prague

Salary: 37 000 – 38 000 CZK/m

Requirements

– Fluent English
– MS Excel advanced skills, analytical thinking
– Previous experience in customer service support operations or similar
– Pro-active and communicative personality
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work in an international team
