As a Sharepoint Consultant your main responsibility will be providing functional Support to Customers on SharePoint. You will find diversity of Complex Tasks in this role. You will develope effective solutions for customers. Improve your analytical skills and challenge your technical skill.
You will also be:
✔ Handling Incidents in Remedy, SharePoint Troubleshooting Or Nintex (SharePoint Designer)
✔ Responsible for KPI monitoring and ensuring delivery on time.
✔ Analysing customer requests as well as making recommendations on issues or resolutions in the Sharepoint Environment.
✔ Communicating with customers.
✔ Finding root cause in Problem Investigation and co-ordinating with other teams for resolution.
✔ Handling InfoPath or Nintex Change Requests.
✔ Involved in weekly meetings of the global team to discuss operational updates.
As a SharePoint Consultant you should have:
✔ 2+ years experience with supporting SharePoint
✔ proficiency in English communication skills
✔ experience in creating and troubleshooting Nintex Workflows
✔ analytical skills and be good desicion maker
✔ ticketing tool (Remedy)
✔ SharePoint Certificaion is a plus
✔ understanding of ITIL is advantageous
