– Communication with customers on passive phone line

– Technical and nontechnical consulting and helping customers with their issues

– Working time from Monday to Friday

– Planned shifts according to business needs, ideal for time-flexible people

– Intensive training and coaching to get you started in technical help desk

 

Don’t worry about telesales or outgoing calls, this is strictly inbound service line.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed?

 

– Communicative level of English (B2 and up)

– Time flexibility for work in afternoon and night shifts

– Communication skills and friendly attitude

 

Previous experience in CSR role, technical education or language certification to C1 is an advantage
