Job description

We are looking for a Software Engineer who would enjoy providing technical support service to CZ/SK and international customers and partners for EFT POS Terminals and other electronic payment solutions.

Main responsibilities:
– online consultations provided to customers and partners (jira-tickets, calls, emails)
– software delivery: packages preparation and deliveries using online tools
– technical support for certifications with payment systems including software packages, configuration profiles, certification applications & reports
– technical support of Cloud users
– reports to development team: bug & issues lists, field experience, new requests for improvement

Contract: ASAP – 31st December 2021
Location: Prague 2


– Experience as a Software Engineer and/or Software Developer,
– Advanced level knowledge principals of telecommunication networks
– Technical knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
– Intermediate English language (reading, writing, speaking)
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
– Attention to details
– Good communication skills
– Be a team player
