Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to present and establish Sovea in his own country as a Market Agent This role is crucial for the growth and management of our brand in Czech Republic and Slovakia.  The position is about taking comprehensive care of the brand’s performance on the market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Management:

– Operational Oversight: You will need to manage the day-to-day operations within your assigned region, including orders coordination, suppliers, and partners. This involves ensuring smooth logistics, maintaining quality service standards.

– Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate financial and human resources to optimize performance. This includes setting clear budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring the most impactful use of resources.

– Compliance and Regulations: Keep operations compliant with local laws, regulations, and industry standards. This involve managing licensing, permits, and safety standards for the industry.

 

2. Sales Growth:

– Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities by analyzing the regional market, understanding customer behavior, and recognizing industry trends. Based on these insights, develop specific action plans tailored to drive sales within the region.

– Client Acquisition and Retention: acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Building long-term relationships with clients through personalized marketing and value-added services will be crucial.

 

3. Brand Recognition:

– Marketing: Tailor marketing and advertising strategies to suit the cultural and economic characteristics of your region. This could include local collaborations with influencers, community events, or region-specific promotions that resonate with the target audience. Coming up with ideas for diversified and targeted marketing communication. Since we operate as an e-commerce company managing digital marketing is crucial.

– Social Media and Digital Presence: Build a strong online presence through social media platforms and digital marketing. Partnering with local influencers or creating content that speaks directly to the community can significantly enhance brand visibility.

– Customer Experience: Providing exceptional customer service is critical to enhancing brand’s reputation. Encourage feedback, resolve complaints quickly, and continually strive to exceed customer expectations.

 

What We Offer:

Stable base salary plus commission on market turnover. There is no limit cap on how much commission you can earn.

Full assistance from our headquarters, including detailed training, regular communication with your direct supervisor, and access to all necessary information and resources.

 

 

Ideal Candidate:

– Proven experience in market management or a similar role.

– Ability to manage projects

– Experience in e-commerce

– Experience within furniture industry (especially mattress industry)

– Strong understanding of sales strategies and brand development.

– Excellent communication and organizational skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Fluently uses both English and Czech/Slovak
