Job description

– Deliver all CRM activities according to monthly and quarterly plans including email, site/mobile messaging, SMS marketing, loyalty programme and other as required

– Ensure all bonuses, codes, promotions and campaigns are delivered

– Develop and manage optimisation plan for communications and subsequently reporting results and recommendations back to key stakeholders

– Drive continuous improvements for communications to optimise performance versus KPI’s and recommend improvements where required.

– You will be required to keep abreast and research new trends and developments across communications channels

– You will become proficient in all marketing communication channels and utilising all systems and tools such as Silverpop, PT Optimiser and Campaign Manager

Requirements

– Fluent English (local languages an advantage – Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian)

– Strong analytical/commercial/marketing focus

– Good technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems

– A growth mind set – always be looking for how we can get “just that 1%” better

– Excellent eye on detail – you are almost perfectionist
