Job description

Your main responsibilities as Contact Center Specialist will be:

* communication with internal employees a resolving their issues
* receiving HR and procurement via phone, e-mail, fax, web-form or chat
* documentation of all cases in the application
* escalating complex transactions and client service issues
* make internal employees happy and to take care of them

Requirements

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor’s degree)
University education (Master’s degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

 

Language skills

English – Upper intermediate (B2) and Dutch – Upper intermediate (B2)
