Job description

Your role:

  • You will become an expert on Human Resources topics
  • You will be the first contact person for German or French speaking employees and managers
  • You will provide them with high quality support in HR matters
  • You will delegate requests that cannot be resolved directly
  • You will contribute for projects in scope for HR Customer Care Team
  • You will ensure compliance with intern policy, data privacy and other legislation
  • You will get an initial training for HR expertise as well as for using SAP and other company systems


What you should have:

  • Fluency in English and German OR French and level B2+
  • First working experience in administration, back office or call center (can be only a part-time job)
  • Ability to manage your tasks in a timely manner and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in the team
