Our client, a successful manufacturer of medical devices, is looking for a Team Leader of Sales Support team.  

Mantioned Sales Support team provides administrative support to Sales department from DACH region. 

Job description

  • Leadership of DACH Sales Support team (6 people) 
  • Qualification and continuous development of team by coordinating and organizing on-the-job learning opportunities and trainings 
  • Responsibility for daily operations of the Sales Support delivery 
  • Ensuring fulfillment of SLAs by conducting regular performance reviews and analyses 
  • Operational responsibility for sales order processing, open order monitoring, invoice management, returns management, etc. 
  • Project leadership and/or support for initiatives to improve service levels as well as setup and process efficiency 
  • Manage team and key stakeholder collaboration across the EMEA organization 
  • Reporting to supervisor 

Requirements

  • Min. 3-year relevant experience (in Sales Support, Back Office or similar field) with leadership responsibility 
  • Fluent English and German
  • Knowledge of MS Office, SAP – advantage, not necessity
  • Responsibility, reliability, comunication skills
