Overview
We are looking for Analyst SW Testers at all levels to join an international fintech company with a Brno-based Solution Centre — one of Europe’s largest IT hubs and a global leader in financial technology solutions.
This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site in Brno, CZ + 2 days remote), with relocation support available for candidates from the EU with free access to the Czech labor market.

Job description
You will be involved in and demonstrate end-to-end ownership in all aspects of analysis/testing from the initial solution design stage to a successful production implementation. This role ensures high-quality software delivery by defining requirements, writing user stories, and conducting thorough testing.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
- Write high-quality user stories, ensuring business relevance and reusability.
- Conduct system, regression, and misuse case testing to maintain production readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.
- Automate testing processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Support UAT and SIT with clients and third-party vendors.
- Ensure successful deployment readiness and provide post-release monitoring.
Requirements
- Willing to relocate to the Czech Republic
- Min 2 years of professional experience in SW testing
- Understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with automation testing, BDD (Gherkin syntax) and test management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Technical university degree preferred.
- EU citizenship or free access to the Czech labor market
