Outbound Sales and Retention Executive
The Outbound Sales and Retention Executive will apply their passion to promoting and selling the company’s products. You will promote new product releases, upcoming promotions, and customer satisfaction surveys amongst other assigned tasks.
- Outbound Calling to existing customers;
- Improve Player Retention;
- Re-activate dormant customer accounts;
- Work to set targets;
- Work closely with the Marketing and CS teams to promote products and services;
- Assist with the reporting functions;
- Ensure that any customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner;
- Provide first line support to customers if and when needed;
- Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level;
- Ensure that outbound sales do not compromise Data Protection and verification policies;
- Feedback customer issues to line manager and relevant department;
- Make recommendations to promote and improve customer experience;
- A First point of contact for customers;
- Accurately record customer feedback.
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude;
- A proven track record of working towards / delivering against set targets;
- Experience in an English language telephone based customer service, market research or sales environment;
- Confident communication skills and be able to think on their feet;
- A keen interest and knowledge of casino games will be an advantage;
- A sales or marketing background will be advantageous.
