A well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Leader with German.

If yes, apply and these will be your daily responsibilities:
– Whole Talent Acquisition and Recruitment process from A to Z

– Screening, conducting, and planning interviews

– Working on various projects, recruitment/acquisition project management, and coordination
– Presenting candidates to hiring managers

– Supporting the acquisition and recruitment process

– Building relationships with clients and stakeholders

– Account Management and to some extent Business Development

– Market research, providing advice to clients, and improving internal processes

– Working with acquisition and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, and Teamio on a daily basis


What you already have:
– Fluent English and German are a must
– Experience within the Talent Acquisition or Recruitment position, ideally in a personal agency or a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication skills, organizational skills and a pro-active approach
– Problem-solving Excellent communication skills
– Experience with managing and communicating with clients and stakeholders
– Experience with sourcing via media such as LinkedIn, Jobs/Teamio, and internal database
– Interest in Information Technology is appreciated
– Team player and positive approach within the team, you will be working with your colleagues and global acquisition daily
