An international software company is searching for Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Your responsibilities will be:
– Vendor management (recruiting agencies, job boards and systems providers) and training Talent Acquisition teams on the processes
– Maintenance of relationships with stakeholders in Procurement, Accounts Payable and Finance teams as well as Talent Acquisition managers across all regions
– Guidance of new vendors through onboarding process; risk management & data security assessment process
– PO management for the global TA team
– Support internal projects by performing tasks including project coordination/tracking, process documentation and internal communications

Contract: min. 12 months

Requirements

Requirements:

– Min. 5-year experience in procurement / purchasing / talent acquisition administrative support
– Experience from SSC
– Excellent communication skills and perfect English
– Ability to navigate in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple stakeholders
– Passion and ability to promote methods, procedures, systems, or process improvements that reduce time and effort and enhance scalability
– High adaptability to new systems and processes
– Experience in creating and managing spreadsheets
– Detail-orientation and responsibility
