Do you speak Czech and English and you already have some talent acquisition experience?

For a global company, one of the most attractive employer all around the world, we are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of As Talent Acquisition Specialist speaking English and Czech.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

– Managing end-to-end talent acquisition delivery for your assigned region or country.

– Responsibility for client hiring activities in line with market norms for various job profiles and the agreed talent acquisition process.

– Candidate ´s screening, sourcing, and other aspects of talent acquisition process, monitoring and continuous Improvement of process and productivity.

– Acting as an advisor for your hiring managers in various stages and aspects of the talent acquisition process.

Requirements

What we need you to already have:

– 3+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience
– Great communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
– English and Czech – C1, English and Czech, potential use of Hungarian, Dutch, Russian, French or German
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment.
