As a Talent Sourcer, you will be joining our client’s diverse team of recruitment professionals and you will be working on a complex international recruitment project.

Your main responsibilities will be:

– End-to-end talent acquisition delivery for your assigned region
– Conducting labor market research of your assigned region and planning optimal recruitment strategies
– Close cooperation with Hiring Managers and HRBPs
– Cooperation with Process experts on the acquisition process and delivery improvement
– Client hiring activities
– Support and mentor junior recruiters

Requirements

– 3+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience
– Advanced level of French and English (C1)
– Great communication and interpersonal skills
– Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications
– Experience with HR Softwares/ Candidate management systems
