Are you experienced in leading a team? Do you have knowledge of accounts payable process? Are you fluent in French and English?

As a Team Leader of Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for complex PTP processes, resolving complex issues, AP analysis and control, and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities:

– Leading AP team

Team-related management activities
– Setting and reporting the KPIs are met
– Oversee the processing of invoices and credit notes

Monthly closing activities

Handling issues with team workload
– Coordinate reporting and analysis

Acting as an internal and external escalation point

Cooperating with other teams

Process improvement

Requirements

– 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
– Experience in team leading
– Fluent English (B2) and French (B2)
– Knowledge of SAP (or similar system)
– SSC experience is an advantage
– Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
– Improvement mindset
– Great communication and organizational skills
