Job description

Main task:

  • Prepare the sales statistics, scorecards, daily reports in time and in line with internal standards
  • Lead the reporting team, including active participation on planning and recruiting the team and take full ownership and responsibility for adaptation, managing, developing, appraising and motivating the subordinated employees
  • Responsibility for month, quarter and year end preparation and reporting for selected operational entities
  • Cooperation on the group and legal reporting
  • Actively participate on external and internal audits
  • Assist to HR department with bonus structure and calculation set-up

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience min. 2 years at similar position
  • Experience in leading small team at least for 1 year
  • University degree in economics or finished secondary education with broad experience in accounting
  • Languages: Czech, English – advanced
  • PC skills (Excel – advanced, Access – advantage)
