AS A TEAM LEADER, you will be:
- responsible for the team’s overall deliverables.
- accountable for different situations that have to be judged.
- responsible for process improvements in his/her area of work.
- responsible for the development of team members.
- Professional fluency in German and English – level C1.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience (team leader, supervisor; ideally in CSR or call centre environment).
- Previous exposure to multicultural working environment is an advantage
