Key Responsibilities:

Is part of the first layer of management

Is responsible for the team’s overall deliverables

Is accountable for different situations that have to be judged, pros and cons

weighed, before responding to the team/clients

 Responsible for process improvements in his/her area of


 Handles customer reporting and level 2 escalations

 Assumes ownership for client communications

 Is responsible for the development of team members


Professional fluency in German and English

University education

2-3 years of relevant work experience

Previous exposure to multicultural working environment is an advantage

Good people management and customer handling skills

Analytical skills

IT literacy
