What is this job about?
It’s about solving the technical issue to satisfaction of the customer, who will contact you via phone or chat. Don’t worry it’s only incoming line, no telesales waiting for you. Because of the time difference between you and the customer you need to work in 3 shift system. The employer realizes it’s not always easy and that’s why you get 40% extra during night shifts.
What do you need to apply?
Fluent English on level B2 or better. No other language required.
Time flexibility and enthusiasm to live in Brno.
Friendly customer oriented approach.
And that is really all you need.
But of course, if you have experience in customer care, a native level of English or technical education it’s your advantage and we will put a monetary value on it.

Solid salary of 26-27.000 CZK in average and 30-32.000 CZK if you prefer night shifts.
