Job description

  • Receives service requests via telephone, e-mail, fax, internet or through monitoring systems
  • External/internal communications with other teams across all over the company
  • Excellent customer care
  • Highlight errors/discrepancies in the customer data
  • Participate in the delivery of other managed services

Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proven work experience in the technical support field
  • Perfect customer focus and analytical thinking
  • Professional experience in the customer service field for around 1 year
  • Advanced in English and Dutch language
