Job description

AS TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

* Receives service requests via telephone, e-mail, fax, internet or through monitoring systems
* External/internal communications with other teams
* Monitor progress against customer SLAs using GSOA systems
* Highlight errors/discrepancies in the customer data (CRM + Documentation)
* Participate in the delivery of other managed services

Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

* +1,5 year’s experience
* Perfect customer focus and analytical thinking
* years of professional experience in customer service field
* 1+years’ experience required in call center managed services/services delivery environment within a medium to large IT organization
* Advanced in English and German language
