As Technical Support Agent you will be responsible for:
* Provide telephone and remote support across various technologies
* Troubleshoot incidents
* Manage ongoing vendor related technical escalations through to completion
* Monitor progress against customer SLA’s using GSOA systems
* Maintain and develop technical skills / certifications as advantage to support new and existing customers
What would make you a good fit for this role?
* Experienced with Cisco any components – advantage, CCNA knowledge it’s more than welcome but not necessary
* 1+ years’ experience required in call centre managed services / services delivery environment within a medium to large IT organisation.
* English B2 and advanced German language
* Perfect customer focus and analytical thinking – that’s all what you need :)
