Job description

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Provide telephone and remote support across various technologies
  • Troubleshoot and help the clients worldwide
  • Monitor progress against customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and develop your technical skills as required to support new and existing customers


  • Around of 1,5 years of experience in the customer/support environment
  • Willingness to learn new digital technologies
  • Analytical thinking
  • English B2 and German (advanced) is an essential :-)
