Job description

  • Provide technical support to customers via Chat, Phone, Webforms, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using SQL and Java
  • Manage multiple support cases and keep customers informed
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Professional-level English (strong verbal and written communication skills)
  • Hands-on professional experience with Java and SQL – we are seeking candidates with practical, work-based knowledge; academic experience alone is not sufficient
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Customer-focused, adaptable to various tasks (phone, chat, handling technical cases), and comfortable managing requests over the phone
  • Background in support, software development, or IT is a plus
  • Additional European language skills are a plus
